The Uš ("Louse") Puppet Theatre Company was established in 1991 in Ljubljana by Andrej Žibert, Matevž Gregorič, and Renata Kalemba. They have co-operated with several directors, visual artists, and stage set designers as well as with other ensembles (including Jože Pengov Puppet Theatre, Maribor Puppet Theatre, and Corn Seed Association, K Zrnovič Puppet Theatre). Their performances are created mostly for children.

The ensemble tours Slovenia and presents productions at various international festivals including events in Croatia, Austria, Italy, Serbia, and Switzerland. Uš Puppet Theatre is active in the framework of the Association of Puppeteers and is a member of the ULU.
