Background
Mat'kurja portal was developed at the Jožef Stefan Institute and launched on 23 November 1993. Its creators to be mentioned are Boris Čibej, Mišo Alkalaj, Vuk Čosić and Tomaž Lavrič as well as young developers. Its initial name Slowwwenia was changed Mat'kurja in March 1997.
Today it is developed by Literal (web architecture) and Luna\TBWA (design).
