Borut Bernik (aka [[Torul]]) began producing music in the early 1990s in collaboration with Clox, Clockworx, Channel Klirr and others. His variety of cutting-edge techno is deep and dark but still danceable. His musical interests reach beyond techno - he is also very much influenced by dub, trip-hop, drum'n'bass and house, which is evident in his recent releases. He has released albums under [[Matrix Musik]] of Ljubljana and also abroad on the Force Inc label as well as with Thule and Tissju from Iceland. He has also contributed a track for a remix album by Pascal FEOS. Torul has played in many respected European clubs including Tresor.
