| + | Dedicated to Slovene poet [[Oton Župančič]] (1878–1949), the [[Oton Župančič Memorial House]], established in [[established::1991]], is a house erected on the site of Župančič former homestead (which burned down in 1888). The museum, set in the centre of Vinica, a town on the banks of the Kolpa river, also commemorates the birth of teacher [[Franjo Lovšin]] (1863–1931), born in the same house, and the native [[Oton Berkopec]] (1906–1988), a Slavist, poet, and translator. In the garden there is a bust of [[Oton Župančič]] by the sculptor [[Jakob Savinšek]]. | ||
