Programme
The festival features on three consecutive evenings open air concerts by Richie Kotzen, Ana Popović, Eric Gales, Mike Sponza, Sven Hammond, Kirk Fletcher, Rosedale, Manu Lanvin, Laura Cox Band, Bad Notion, Tomislav Goluban Band, Shuffle Truffle and others.
In addition, Bluesland organises exclusive jam sessions with artists from the festival line-up, taking place after concerts at the Jazz Club Grad.
Background
The Bluesland predecessor, the MotörCity Festival, a 'blues, rock in motorcycle festival', was the first large Slovene festival dedicated to blues music, launched in 2017. It took place at Sotočje in Tolmin that hosts festivals such as Metalcamp and Punk Rock Holiday, too.
