In collaboration with Photon Gallery, the Kolektiva Institute produced and curated the video programmes Video in Progress 2: City Perspectives (2008/2009) and Video in Progress 3: Fields of the Performative (2009). In 2011 the two organisations produced the fourth edition of Video in Progress which has now grown into a festival, involving not only video screenings but also video exhibitions and other events. Thematically entitled Feelings of Distress, the 2011 edition was curated by Metka Zupanič, Vesna Bukovec, Silke Schmickl (DE/FR), Masayo Kajimura (JP/DE) and Stéphane Gérard (FR).
