Materials are made easily accessible for individuals with special needs by way of electronic magnifying lenses, audio books, and a device for optimal sound reception intended for hearing-disabled people. A lifelong learning point is located in the library as well. In cooperation with UNICEF, a safe point for children was set up in the library premises, where children in distress can find support or shelter.
