The Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia Priština is an official representative body of the Slovene government in Kosovo since March 2010. The embassy promotes bilateral political, economic and cultural relations. It issues visas and residence permits and performs other consular services.


Cultural co-operation

Cultural ties between Kosovo and Slovenia are limited. The embassy supports co-operation in culture, science and education. In 2010 an Agreement on Cooperation in the Fields of Culture, Education and Science between the Republic of Slovenia and Republic of Kosovo was signed. Together with Slovene Human Resources Development and Scholarship Fund the embassy promotes applications for the award of scholarships for study of nationals of Western Balkans in Slovenia.
