The Library of the Peace Institute - Institute for Contemporary Social and Political Studies offers over 2,000 basic works relating to the field of sociological and political theory, conflict resolution, non-violent communication, security, women's studies and cultural policy, as well as some important international scientific periodicals from those fields. In addition, the library also keeps materials from conferences, lectures and forums organised by the Peace Institute during 10 years of its existence and the book fund and publications of former Open Society Institute Slovenia. Books and periodicals are available in the library reading room and can be borrowed from the library.
Peace Institute Library holdings are catalogued in the COBISS/OPAC system (under Special Libraries/Science).
