Bled International Festival is managed by Kranjska Artists Support Society which organises annual international music competitions. In addition to offering financial prizes, an international jury awards the best competitors with an opportunity to play in a concert with the Slovene Philharmonic Orchestra and to present their work in recitals.

Concerts take place at various venues, including Bled Festival Hall, the church on Bled island and Radovljica Manor House.
