The Slovene Virtual Library COBISS (Co-operative Online Bibliographic Information System and Services)/OPAC features the COBIB bibliographic catalogue database which covers the holdings of 271 Slovene libraries, and the COLIB - Slovene libraries database which offers basic data on Slovene libraries (contacts, premises, etc). The system and services were developed by the Institute of Information Sciences (IZUM) in 1991.
