Art.si, a fine arts, architecture, design and photography magazine, was launched in December 2002. The magazine Sinteza which previously covered these four fields of visual arts ceased publication years ago, so Art.si aims once more to stimulate new relevant critical texts. The magazine was initially managed by the [[BISTRA Scientific Research Centre, Ptuj]], but since 2004 the magazine has been published by Lala d o o, from the [[Art.si Gallery]] in Ljubljana.

Art.si, a fine arts, architecture, design and photography magazine, was launched in December 2002. The magazine Sinteza which previously covered these four fields of visual arts ceased publication years ago, so Art.si aims once more to stimulate new relevant critical texts. The magazine was initially managed by the BISTRA Scientific Research Centre, Ptuj, but since 2004 the magazine has been published by Lala d o o, from the Art.si Gallery in Ljubljana.

Art.si Magazine contains articles and also exhibition and book reviews, reports from various world art centres and interviews. Additionally, texts deal with art history and art theory themes. The magazine is around 100 pages in length and has a print-run of 2,500 issues; it is available in Slovene with abstracts in English. It was started as a quarterly but recent issues have appeared less frequently.
