I wouldn't change the name. I think you have used it well in the opening sentence to describe what is Slovenske železnice. Maybe we could just make sure in the search that if someone searches for Slovenian Railways or the Railway Museum of the Slovenian Railways that they will find it. However, Slovenske železnice does not use an English translation of their name. At least I did not find one on their site.
