Delavski dom in Trbovlje is a reconstructed early 20th-century building known for its facade mosaic by Marij Pregelj and sculptures by Stojan Batič. Comprising both performing arts and visual arts spaces, the venue's own cultural programme is diverse, ranging from local cultural events to performances by Slovene theatre houses and independent groups. Several well-known Slovene cultural groups from the Zasavje region often return home to perform at Delavski dom, including Laibach and the EnKnapGroup (EKG). In recent years Delavski dom has been a venue of new media art events.

The upper floor reception hall can host up to 500 people, the cinema hall which was renovated in 1999 has 354 seats and the main theatre hall which was renovated in 2000 contains 434 seats. The gallery space has 45 linear metres of exhibition space.

Delavski dom is also home to a number of cultural and educational institutions, including a music school.
