Gorjup Gallery consists of a presentation of the best work from the 1,600 units of the collection, including works by artists marking Slovene art of the beginning and the middle of the 20 century as works of the avantgardist Avgust Černigoj, Veno Pilon, Gojmir Anton Kos, Marij Pregelj, France Mihelič, or Jakob Savinšek. It presents also art works of the further generations of Slovene fine art representatives as Štefan Planinc, Andrej Jemec, France Slana, Jože Tisnikar, Bogdan Borčič, Zdenko Huzjan, Branko Suhy, Jože Marinč, or Dragica Čadež. Beside that it presents as well works of international artists as Edo Murtić, Dušan Džamonja, Miroslav Šutej, Vasilije Jordan, Vittorio Tavernari, Renato Gottuso and Eisaku Tanaka. The actual exhibition was set up in 1998.
