In 1999 poet, musician and anarchist [[Dani Kavaš]] established his Enterprise for Bourgeois Arts, also known as the Radical Dr Whateverism in Beltinci, in the Eastern Slovenia Pomurje Region. Kavaš engages in painting, comic art, music, theatre, philosophy and anarchism. In 2000 Kavaš began songwriting, singing, guitar playing and creating comics for magazines and fanzines.
