3biro Architects is an architectural studio based in Ljubljana and founded in 2007 by Janez Koželj, Tina Rupar Kobe and Blaž Rupar. Koželj is one of Slovenia's foremost architects and town-planners, and began serving as Ljubljana's deputy mayor in charge of urban development in 2006. He is also professor of urban architecture at the Faculty of Architecture in Ljubljana, and was made an honorary member of the Chamber of Architecture and Spatial Planning of Slovenia (ZAPS) in 2016 in recognition of his contribution to the profession.

3biro is best known for the sustainable construction, using wood wherever possible, of bridges and private residential houses, with the aim of causing the least amount of environmental harm. The studio has won several awards for its work.
