Officially established in 1999, the Nova ljubljanska banka (NLB) Art Collection contains around 1,700 high-quality art works of significant 20th-century and contemporary Slovene artists. The NLB collected art works already before the official foundation of the Collection, but since 1999 is its further selection and the systematization the work of Professor Stane Bernik cooperating with the board of adviser of Professor Milček Komelj and painter Lojze Logar.

Presentation

Works of the Nova ljubljanska banka (NLB) Art Collection primary adorn ambiances of the NLB in Ljubljana and other branch offices around Slovenia. Between 2000 and 2005 was the Collection systematic and complex presented on 10 exhibitions that have taken place in the Avla NLB Gallery, Ljubljana.
