Jana, that was really a mistake: mišljeno je bilo: carry out staff training of... javnih uslužbencev, ki delajo z dokumentarnim gradivom; ali je morda prav civil servants? (carry out staff training of civil servants, who work with...)

Janez, I think that this article would be stronger with fewer subheadings. Let's work to tighten it up and condense some of the subheadings. Try to avoid having a subheading with just one or two sentences. Or in another words, don't feel like you have to use all of the subheadings in an article.
