Krater and Kiosk Outsider for the Public Space Award

Two projects from Slovenia – Krater and Kiosk Outsider – have been shortlisted for this year’s European Prize for Urban Public Space, Public Space.

The European Prize for Urban Public Space is awarded by the CCCB (Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona), an artistic research centre for cities and urban culture, established to recognise and raise awareness of all types of architectural and design work for the construction, renovation and transformation of public spaces in European cities. The Museum of Architecture and Design – MAO, represented by its Director, Dr Bogo Zupančič, is also a member of the CCCB Advisory Board.

The finalists will present their work to the jury on 14 and 15 November, when the prizes will also be awarded.
