== Background ==
The [[Fotopub Festival of Documentary Photography]] founded in [[established::2000]] by [[LokalPatriot Institute]] as an international summer photography workshop has developed into a significant annual event dedicated entirely to documentary photography. In 2014 the Documentary Photo Festival closed, while Photopub continues with a new team and concept.
