The production house [[Filmogradnja Production|Filmogradnja]] was officially established in 2003 by a film actor [[Ludvik Bagari]] as institute for cultural activities. In 2004 Filmogradnja produced the feature film ''Norega se metek ogne'' [Bullets Miss the Fool], directed by [[Mitja Novljan]]. The film was shown in the competition programme of the 7th edition of [[Festival of Slovenian Film]].
In 2006 the film was presented at the European Film Market in Berlin, and at presentations of Slovene film in Bradford and in Budapest.
