[[Pandamonium]] is a small two-day festival that takes place annually on two non-consecutive summer nights in Koper under the organisation of [[Panda Banda]]. It is carried out with a lot of do-it-yourself zest and voluntary contributions by the organising team and the audience. The first Pandamonium took place in the beginning of July in [[established::2009]] under the full moon on the main pier of Koper. The residents of Koper had not seen anything like it before, since Pandamonium's music is far from the typical evergreen music you can usually hear on the beaches of the Adriatic Sea. For two nights the pier is occupied by worldwide hardcore punk musicians and audience, who enjoy the cacophonous sounds of hardcore, punk and metal sub-genres. The festival usually ends with a jump into the sea by a few enthusiasts.
