It combines various cultural, sociable and sporting events and has a "something for everyone" programming policy that is comprised of three main sections – music concerts featuring both local and international musicians; cultural spectacles and theatre plays; and the so-called ŠTRK's Sport Week (riding excursions, street basketball, farmer's athletic competitions and similar). |

The festival brings popular pop and rock musicians from the ex-Yugoslavia region – Prljavo Kazalište, Crvena jabuka, Plavi Orkestar, Severina, Gibonni and the many bands which are performing the klape music from Croatian Dalmatia. Of the Slovenian musicians, the list goes from numerous folk-pop ensembles (like the immensely popular Modrijani) to the punk legends Pankrti, featuring popular names from pop (Jan Plestenjak, Tanja Žagar) and also rock (Big Foot Mama).
