Glasbe sveta/Musiche dal mondo is an international cross-border music festival, which connects the neigbouring cities of Nova Gorica (Slovenia) and Gorizia (Italy) as well as their surroundings. Established in 2011, it focuses on the presentation of different musical expressions from all over the world, shedding light on globally acclaimed artists from Africa, Asia, North, Central and South America as well as Europe. The festival is co-produced by the Slovenian cultural association KUD Morgan, the Regional Museum Goriški muzej, and the Italian cultural association Controtempo Jazz, which joined the production in 2019.
