Venues
Since 2004 the museum manages heritage collections from the region: in Jesenice Iron-making, Mining and Palaeontologic Collection in Bucellini-Ruard Mansion, Ethnological Collection in Kasarna, Kos Manor House; in Rateče Kajžnik Manor House, in Kranjska Gora Liznjek House, and in Mojstrana Slovenian Alpine Museum.
Collections
The museum manages many different collections at dislocated units: art history collection of ecclesiastic and ironworks motives by Nicola Grassi, Janez Potočnik, Anton Karinger, Heinrich Wettach, …; history collection of iron-making and of mountaineering ethnological collection cultural history collection geological and paleontological collection
