Established by Maja Licul and Marko Drpić, the work of the Studio Zadruga ranges from logotypes, web and information design, to design of publications, exhibition design and design events. In 2010 the Festival of Letters is organised at the Kresija Gallery along with the Ljubljana, World Book Capital 2010.

The Studio Zadruga differs from classical design studios because of the unique projects such as information design by means of in–situ engravement, a design of occasional coins and stamps, and calligraphy.

Projects

The selected works include the corporate identity for the Lojze Spacal Gallery (2006) and ARNES (2009), a design of the magazines Primorska srečanja (2001 – 2005) and Slovenija.Svet (2003 – 2005), and the information design at the Ljubljana park Tivoli (2008).

Exhibition designs include the exhibitions for the Biennial of Slovene Visual Communications, organised by the Brumen Foundation in 2009, and the Prakolo: slovenski tehnološki biser exhibition at the Slovenian House in Brussels (BE). The permanent exhibition set for the Croatian Museum of Tourism in Opatija (HR) was conceived in 2007 in cooperation with a father of Maja Licul – Miljenko Licul, a respected and well acknowledged Slovene designer, responsible for many designs related to 'Slovenian identity', to mention only a design of the Slovenian passport, a personal identity card, and a former national currency Tolar.
