In 1968 a group of classical and choral music lovers led by Mirko Cuderman (the choir’s permanent conductor) founded the musical society Consortium Musicum in order to perform vocal-instrumental music in a new way and to include contemporary compositions. The Consortium Musicum choir presents 10 evening programmes each year.
