Launched in 2000, Pomurje Summer Festival combines cultural and sporting events, theatrical and literary evenings with a summer school for children, and features both local and international talent. In the programme features three main sections: music concerts (folk music, pop and rock music of Slovene bands as well as Balkan singers), cultural spectacles-literary evenings- improvisation theatre and Štrk’s Sport Week (riding excursions, street basketball, farmer’s olympics).
