Reading room
Situated in a defunct mobile library in the inner courtyard of Metelkova, Elf's reading room houses a growing collection of magazines, newspapers, pamphlets, books, and video material on radical social theories and criticism, liberation movements relating to class, sex, race, or nature, and counter-cultural and subcultural currents. KUD Anarhiv organises regular weekly video screenings entitled "VHS Guerilla" and a reading debate circle where seminal texts are discussed.
The reading room collaborates with the Peace Institute Library. It forms a part of the Ljubljana Network of Info Points (L'MIT) and acts as a representative of the Artservis.org service.
Film school
Since 2009 KUD Anarhiv co-organises Elf's Film School (Škratova filmska šola), which offers an innovative combination of film theory and practice. The lectures and workshops are held throughout the year and are conducted by young film theorists and film-makers.
