Programme
The film selection is very much oriented towards mainstream American production, complemetd by a strong focus on children's programme and cartoon. Furthermore, for the young ones there are also weekly events held each Saturday that feature workshops and cartoon screenings.
Often, the cinema organises various events held at movie premiers that – one way or another %ndash; correspond to a given film theme. Amongst other events or programmes that take place at Kino Bežigrad have been special weeks, dedicated to films from specific countries, as for example South Korea and Japan, both supported by the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia Tokyo.
