KUD Anarhiv is a non-governmental organisation located in Metelkova mesto Autonomous Cultural Zone. It operates an important information centre known as Škratova čitalnica ('Dwarfs Reading Room') and also presents selected film and video screenings in its Camera Revolta space in collaboration with Klub Gromka.

The Škratova čitalnica information point contains magazines, newspapers, pamphlets, books and VHS documents on radical social theories and critiques, liberation movements relating to class, sex, race or nature, and counter-cultural and subcultural currents. KUD Anarhiv organises regular weekly video screenings entitled ‘VHS Guerilla’ and a Reading Debate Circle where crucial texts are discussed.

Škratova čitalnica is part of the Ljubljana Network of Info Points (L'MIT).
