In 2003, at the occasion of the 100th anniversary of his death in Vienna, the Hugo Wolf Association organised many events, concerts and exhibitions in Slovenj Gradec, and participated in several projects in other cities, including Linz, Fribourg, Freising, Otawa and Graz. The Association also collaborates with the Hugo Wolf Society in Vienna.
At the Birthplace of Hugo Wolf the Association aims to found a memorial museum and an international Hugo Wolf documentation centre:

It encourages international cultural exchange in the fields of arts, culture and heritage. The portal and its content is owned and funded by the Ministry of Culture, funded by the European Union Recovery and Resilience Plan and developed by Ljudmila Art and Science Laboratory.
