The festival has featured folkloric groups from Slovenia, Italy, Croatia, Portugal, Malta, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, France, Turkey, Hungary, Spain, Yugoslavia, Belgium, Canada, etc. The festival's concluding event traditionally takes place in the Portorož Auditorium.
