Texts published in the Journal cover a vast variety of topics from different disciplines: lingusitics, literature, anthropology and history. Texts are published mostly in Slovenian and other Slavic languages, but also texts in English, Hungarian and German are accepted. The Journal's website contains archive of the past editions published under the Open Access licence.
In 2009 text entitled Sloglish or the Mixing/Switching of Slovene and English in Slovene Blogs by Nada Šabec was published as an example of sociolingusitic and cultural aspects of using a language in the internet environment.
