[[Dance Studio Intakt]] was established in 1987 by Matjaž Farič and Vesna Lavrač. Its aim is to promote contemporary dance. Slovene dancers and choreographers took their first dance lessons here. During the 1990s the programme became more specialised and focused on some selected dance techniques, particularly jazz and ethno.
