The Avtonomija Magazine was established in 2009 as a official publication of the anarchist movement. The magazine includes various topics concerning social and labour issues. It is created by individuals and collectives from the region and the rest of the world. Articles on anarchist movements in Slovenia and abroad, reports on labour strikes, syndicate movements and interviews are a result of collective work and by individuals.

The latest edition of the magazine included an interview with the members of the Zasavje anarchist group OSA, a report on the self-organized workers at the company Port of Koper (Luka Koper), a report on imprisoned anarchists in Belgrade, and several articles concerning autonomous student movement in Slovenia.
