Rogaška Slatina Library was established in 2003 by Municipality of Rogaška Slatina and the smaller Municipality of nearby Rogatec. The libraries in Rogaška Slatina and Rogatec contain 48,640 units stored in premises of 335 square metres. Around 3,000 readers are enrolled and the libraries are visited annually by 48,610 users. In 2006 165,700 units were borrowed and the library organised 54 events for youth and 43 events for adults.
