Organised by M&KC Koper Youth and Culture Centre since 2005, the Koperground Festival in Koper-Capodistria is a festival of independent and engaged international film, literature and music. It is organised at the open-air venue Golobji trg (Pigeon Square) in old city centre and at the M&KC club.
