The St Nicholas Choir from Litija is a young choir established in 1997, which is conducted by Helena Fojkar Zupančič and consists mostly of students from Litija and its surroundings. In just a few years it has become a prominent Slovene choir. Under the patronage of Nova Kultura Litija and the Parish of Litija, the Choir is also a member of [[Europa Cantat, European Forum of Youth Choirs]]. It excelled at the 2003 National Choir Competition in Maribor, receiving the golden plaque and numerous additional awards.
