While Culture.si does not act as an intermediary or a booking agency, it offers a wealth of information on potential collaborators and artistic venues.
Where to perform?
Information on venues is available on the the Venues subpage in the Collected section, listed by type (clubs, galleries, concert halls, cultural centres, etc.) and by art field (music, dance, new media art, etc.). Each venue profile includes contact information for the cultural organisation that manages its programme.
With whom to collaborate or co-produce?
Potential collaborators can be found in the Arts and Heritage section at the top of the homepage. Each subsection (Literature, Film, Music, etc.) includes a Collaborate segment featuring producers, distributors, publishing houses, recording studios, and other institutions active in your chosen field.
Discover Slovenian artists
While Culture.si features Slovenian artists throughout its articles, the portal is not dedicated to presenting individual creators. That said, our data collections offer several ways to find the right Slovenian artist for your next project:
- Explore festivals in your chosen field via the Festivals subpage in the Collected section at the top of the page. Most festival articles include a link to the festival's official website, where you can find Slovenian artists featured in past editions.
- Browse the Arts and Heritage section at the top of the page. Each subsection introduces producers, distributors, event organisers, and media active in your chosen field — all of whom can point you towards the artists they work with.
- We also recommend exploring the Web Resources segment of each Arts and Heritage subsection (e.g. Slovenian film guide for film, Music Slovenia for music, etc.).
- Open the Worldwide section at the top of the homepage. The Events Worldwide subsection lists past, current, and upcoming events featuring Slovenian artists around the world, which can be filtered by artistic field – a useful way to discover Slovenian artists with international experience.
