The journal Monitor ISH has been published by the Institutum Studiorum Humanitatis (ISH) biannually since 2001. Its aim is to publish articles pertinent to the fields of the humanities and social sciences, from anthropology to linguistics. The featured contributions are in Slovenian, English, Serbian, and French, and are available online.

The journal publishes articles by professors and students researching a diverse range of topics in various disciplines. In 2007 and 2008 two special issues were published: Martin Jaigma's If thou lackest knowledge, what hast thou acquired? on the social mobility of Estonian and Slovenian Jewish communities in the late 19th and early 20th centuries; and Alahove neveste [The brides of Allah] by Marjana Harcet on the position of women in Islam.
