Young Dragons Public Institute was founded in 2009 by the Municipality of Ljubljana with the aim of providing quality programmes for youth. The institute cooperates with the Youth Office of the Municipality of Ljubljana in providing support for young people and their families and help them on their way to independence. Young Dragons sections are active in the city quarters of Zalog, Šiška, Bežigrad and Črnuče, as well as on the streets and in the city centre.
