As a company, [[Perfo Production]] company was formally established in [[established::2005]]. As a brand, Perfo goes back a tad longer, dating back to 1996. Nowadays, it is dealing in creating television adds and producing television series and movies. In the field of the latter, they are especially active since 2010 or so, and have managed to get a number of them onto the international festival circulation. Perfo is led by [[Aleš Pavlin]] and [[Andrej Štritof]], both of them active in audiovisual production for more than 15 years.

Perfo's movie output has been rather prolific right from the start. Their first feature film was ''Izlet'' [The Trip], which has been screened at a number of festivals. It was also heavily awarded, gathering wins at Cleveland International Film Festival, Nashville Film Festival, Tirana International Film Festival and [[Festival of Slovenian Film]]. Izlet was written and directed by [[Nejc Gazvoda]], with whom they collaborated again on his next movie. Following these two, they produced a number of other movies and documentaries, with some of their co-producers being Intermedianetwork and Gargantua from Serbia and Artdeluxe from Austria. Their 2015 production ''Šiška Deluxe'' (directed by [[Jan Cvitkovič]], surely one of the best movie authors in Slovenia) has been chosen to be screened at the Cannes Film Festival 2015.

When producing for television, Perfo has had some success as well and has been given a [[Viktor Award]] in 2012 for the internationally acclaimed series ''Na terapiji'' [On therpay]. Having more than a 100 television adds under their belt, it is no wonder that Perfo has been chosen at the [[Slovene Advertising Festival (SOF)]] as the best production house for TV adds in 2012. One of their adds has also been awarded at a marketing festival WoW Done Awards in Kijev.
