In 1992 he presented his first men's collection at the international fashion festival in Opatija, Croatia; in 1993 he won the national selection in the Smirnoff Fashion Awards competition and was represented in Sao Paulo, Brazil; in 1997 he presented men's avant-garde and women's haute couture collections at the Biennial of Young Artists from Europe and the Mediterranean in Torino, Italy and in Helsinki, Finland; in 2003 he was Junior Designer at the Zandra Rhodes fashion design studio in London and his creative skills were further moulded at the London Fashion and Textile Museum; and in 2004 he presented his work in Greece and Cyprus. Also in that year his creations were presented at the Fresh exhibition of Slovene contemporary fashion design, hosted by [[Maribor Art Gallery]] (cf catalogue).
