Broken Lock is an underground stoner rock band originally formed in 1995 in Črnomelj. Their early works resulted in Ater, the band's first CD, which received good reviews in the progressive rock genre. In 2000 it was invited to Novi Rock (New Rock) Festival. In 2001 the band received the Boomerang Award and in 2002 it released its second album, Endemic. A third album by the current line-up of the band, Want To Exit This Ergastulum?, was launched on the Radio Študent (RŠ) label in 2009. Broken Lock has performed at various summer festivals throughout Slovenia.
