Launched in 1998, the [[Ceramics Artists and Pottery Makers Association]] organises educational activities, exhibitions and fairs. The Association has around 80 members, ranging from traditional pottery craftsmen to ceramics designers. Exhibitions have been held in Slovenia and abroad. The Association participated in the international UN project Common Ground World Project, and in co-operation with Opekarna Novo Mesto and Opekarna Pragersko, two workshops called 'A Big Form' were organised.

Launched in 1998, the Ceramics Artists and Pottery Makers Association organises educational activities, exhibitions and fairs. The association has 150 members, ranging from traditional pottery craftsmen to ceramics designers. Exhibitions have been held in Slovenia and abroad. The association participated in the international UN project Common Ground World Project, and in cooperation with Opekarna Novo Mesto and Opekarna Pragersko, organised two workshops called A Big Form. Members of the association Hanibal Salvaro, Dragica Čadež Lapajne, Dani Žbontar, Karel Pavlinc and Ivan Skubin are also members of the International Academy of Ceramics in Geneva.
