Fičo Ballet has also collaborated with the Nomad Dance Academy, for the NOMAD Education Programme 2008 launched by the Balkan Dance Network. This initiative is dedicated to 12 emerging contemporary dancers from the Balkans who will live, learn, work and engage with each other in order to create a network for future artistic collaboration. Other partners include Eks Scena, Zagreb, Croatia; Tala Dance Center, Zagreb, Croatia; Station - Service for Contemporary Dance, Belgrade, Serbia; Lokomotiva - Center for New Initiatives in Arts and Culture, Skopje, Macedonia; and the Brain Store Project, Sofia, Bulgaria. Fičo Ballet are members of the Asociacija, Association of Arts and Culture NGOs and Freelancers of Slovenia. They are also part of the Informal European Theatre Meeting (IETM) network.

Goran Bogdanovski has performed ballet, contemporary dance, physical theatre and video projects since 1990. He has graduated from Ljubljana Ballet School, and later went on to study gymnastics, electronic engineering, philosophy, ballet and contemporary dance techniques. He has taken part in several research projects by numerous choreographers and artists including: Emio Greco, Josef Nadj, Jordi Cortes Molina, David Zambrano, Chrysa Parkinson, Howard Katz Fireheart, Francois Michele Pesenti. Bogdanovski was also a tutor of DanceWeb 2002, ImpulsTanz Festival Vienna, Austria, and in 2003 he took part in the residency in NYC via CEC Artslink. In 2004 he was awarded a residency from the Fondation Jean-Pierre Perrault in Montreal, Canada.
