Publications
The Institute has been publishing its research-based monographic editions, since 2001 mostly within the Migrations series. Some of them offer an insight in the artistic production within the (e)migrant contexts (e.g. Buenas artes. Creativity of Slovenians and their descendants in Buenos Aires or Multicultural Slovenia. The position of migrant literature and culture in Slovenia, both published in 2008).
Since 1990 it publishes a biannual Dve domovini Journal ("Two Homelands"), the main scientific review on migration studies which is available also on-line.
As the main scientific institution the Institute participates also in the Slovenci.si project, a common on-line platform for Slovenians abroad since 2008.
