Members and activities
Members of the association are professionals with a degree in Classical Philology, Archaeology, or History, as well as translators, teachers, and students of Greek and Latin Language and Literature.
The association holds annual competitions in the knowledge of Latin for secondary school students. Promoting classical philology online is the discussion group Agor@, which welcomes all individuals interested in the life, languages, and thought of classical antiquity. The association co-organises the annual Grošelj Symposium, named after Slovene classical philologist Milan Grošelj (1902–1979), where academics and professionals deliver the latest in classical studies.
The association also publishes the biannual journal Keria, Studia Latina et Graeca, which features contributions by classical philologists, historians, philosophers, archaeologists, lawyers, medievalists, Slavic and Roman languages experts, and pedagogues.
